This interchange is open as of 9/16/2022. (https://azdot.gov/adot-news/adot-opens-new-loop-202-interchange-lindsay-road-gilbert)  (still not entirely sure of the exit number)

OSM has 43, it's smack dab between 42 and 44, and the major roads there roughly follow section lines, so... yeah, 43 it is.
