There is planned intersection realignment at the north end of the PA 18/PA 58 concurrency planned to be complete by October 2024.  (See page 40 of this document)

PennDOT - District 6 News: PennDOT to Begin Boot Road Bridge Replacement Project Next Week in East Caln Township

I believe that US 322 TRUCK (Downingtown) will be back on its previous alignment via Quarry Rd and Boot Rd after this project, but I am not 100% sure obviously.
