SnoBirRes -> SnowBirdRes (unless "Snowbird" is a single word, then SnoRes)
AltRes -> AltaRes

Going to go in a slightly different direction here and use intersecting road names in lieu of the names of adjacent private businesses.

So,

SnoBirRes -> LodDr
AltRes -> AlbBasRd
