MN119's listing is missing a point for MN40_E.

It looks like the point is there in the MN 40 file (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?units=miles&u=markkos1992&r=mn.mn040&lat=45.010903&lon=-96.063123&zoom=16) since a graph connection is dictated.  It does need to be made visible in the MN 119 file though.

Lesson learned:  hidden labels come AFTER visible labels, not before.  Had them transposed.
