This new interchange opened yesterday. (https://www.wave3.com/2021/03/02/new-i-interchange-ramp-bullitt-county-open-traffic/)
While a point should ultimately be added to the connector from KY 61, this map from the KYTC project page (https://transportation.ky.gov/DistrictFive/Pages/I-65NewInterchangeInBullittCounty.aspx) shows a KY 3538 going from KY 61 to KY 480 (https://transportation.ky.gov/DistrictFive/Supporting%20Documents/New%20I-65%20interchange%20in%20Bullitt%20County/New%20I-65%20interchange%20map%20Bullitt%20County.pdf).

KYTC imagery shows that the new road is signed with a 4 digit number, so I'll add it as KY 3538. According to the KYTC local roads app, the route ends at the business park east of I-65, not at KY 480, but a field check would be helpful to make sure that it's not signed at KY 480.

KY 3538 was corrected in this commit (https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/commit/7d7db64716f57324d09d516bce6c5c72d26f7477).
I think this topic can be considered solved.
