Title: KS: Add Turner Diagonal to usasf

So while this is a short route (https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/39.1030/-94.7348 (https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/39.1030/-94.7348) pretty much shows the whole thing), I think it should be put in. It used to be part of KS 132 before that went away, and now it doesn't have a number. And yes, it is all freeway.

Is the name best considered as "Turner Diagonal", rather than the "Turner Diagonal Freeway", that's shown just south of State Ave on OSM?
NW end: State Ave?
SE end: Is there an overlap with KS32?
That I-70 interchange gives me heartburn.

When I lived in the area I recall it being referred to as the Turner Diagonal. A quick Google search turned up many examples of Turner Diagonal, but very few for Turner Diagonal Freeway.

It's signed as Turner Diagonal, per GMSV.

I think that it would end at KS32, as signage at the 59th St Lane intersection just says "K-32 HWY" instead of Turner Diagonal.

Per the weird interchange, the part north of the northernmost part of the interchange (if that makes sense) is signed as College Parkway, and the Turner Diagonal (Turner Diag per signage) only goes south from there.
