Title: VA: VA 322 Northern Terminus

Should VA 322 be extended to end at SR 612 (https://www.google.com/maps/@37.2883617,-76.7339153,3a,75y,9.64h,92.43t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sbXn5_S99lWW2-we-fGZmdQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) instead of SR 615?  It is not posted at SR 612 on GSV.

Also I think SR622 should be SR615_S (with SR615 becoming SR615_N).

EDIT:  Driving this today, I will note that VA 322 is still not posted at SR 612.

I extended it which is consistent with current practices

SR622 was changed to SR612_S instead of SR615_S.
