Title: IN: IN 19 Point Request

I would like a point at CR 6 (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.7244126,-85.9729117,3a,15y,214.22h,95.27t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sS2P6U59JAAg1VuMoiBuTUg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) (about .7 miles south of I-80/I-90) from my Indiana trip back in February 2019.

Okay, it's a locally important intersection in a reasonably urbanized area, even though it's only .75 mi away from the Toll Road point. CR6 added in https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/4597.
