Failed site update 7/29

Jim:
Some bad wpt lines got in that caused the site update to fail, but not until late enough in the process that the old DB was already dropped.  I am looking for the errors and will re-run.  Hope to have things back up tonight.

I have the fixes in and just pushed them up to GitHub.

The site update is about 3/4 done.  I don't expect we'll have a problem now, since I didn't see any wpt line parsing errors.
