NC: NC 102 Point Concerns

1.  NC903 should probably be recentered slightly.
2.  The shaping point east of NC 903 should be replaced with a visible point at Norris Store Rd (NorStoRd).
3.  CoHome Rd should be CouHomeRd.
4.  The shaping point east of CoHomeRd should be replaced with a visible point at Stanley Rd (StaRd).
5.  I think that StoStJRd should be shortened to StoSJRd.
6.  VenRd should be relocated to nearby Cal Jones Rd (CalJonRd).
7.  WigAve should be made hidden.  I could not find a useful visible point location here.

Everything was submitted in the last NC update.  However, CouHomeRd ended up in the file as "CouHome +Rd".
