I finally understand SSOWorld's signature then on the AARoads Forum.  Though I would say that GA is outmultiplexing WI.

I don't know what set of changes created the broken concurrences, just that I've lost some mileage on the I-894 overlap previously credited to I-41, and also parts of I-894. I don't have I-41 or I-894 entries in my list file (relying on concurrences with other routes), but could add them to my next update.
