Title: AB43X opens

The article includes a photo of a suffixless AB43 shield on the bypass:

No big surprise on that, with the 'X' suffix often denoting a planned realignment (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Alberta_provincial_highways#X_series).

TBD: what happens to the old alignment thru town

In theory I could move AB43 now, and change any other routes later once that info becomes clear. But I'll wait on this for a bit.

This replaces 43X. Effects on 2, 40, and 670 are unknown.

Assumes that old AB43 does not receive a new number, and routes intersecting it are not extended.

Not bothering with adding AB43X as an AltRouteName or adding its AltLabels to AB43, as only oscar has traveled AB43X, and presumably will need to edit oscar.list to unclinch the new bypass segments. In any case, I know you stay on top of maintaining your .list file.
