Title: AZ: AZ 303 Extension South of I-10 and Exit Numbers

Based on the Arizona State Highways System Map, and that AZ Loop 303 SB is signed going south of I-10 (https://www.google.com/maps/@33.4612976,-112.437409,3a,75y,114.06h,82.17t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1siWARyAbVnOWvSrsvlkcC-w!2e0!7i16384!8i8192), AZ Loop 303 should be extended south to Canyon Trails Blvd (https://adot.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=e619406e8886446dba0aa635aa9f9131).  (I am glad for once that I saw this before going on a trip.)

Noticed a few new interchanges that weren't included as I went around recentering things so I added those too.
- new exits 122, 123, and 125 on I-10
- new exit 222 on I-17
- new exit 194 on US 60
