Title: NC: NC 61, NC 87, and NC 100 Minor Point Errors

NC 61:

1.    I-85(138) should be I-40/85.
2.    MainSt should be MainSt_W.
3.   NC100_S should be NC100_W.  NC100_N should be NC100_E (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.1067166,-79.5440151,3a,75y,197.03h,95.63t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1saT0wgZQVgcp-qHyGve-m7A!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo0.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3DaT0wgZQVgcp-qHyGve-m7A%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D348.37518%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192).

NC 100:

1.   US70_E and US70_W (changed from US70_w) should be switched.  This will cause an issue with list files (including mine since I clinched it).
2.   MapAve should be MapAve_N.
3.   The shaping point near Shallowford Church Rd (ShaChuRd) (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.1126703,-79.5094635,3a,75y,279.81h,90t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sxgeSpAevR3UZgcMaViVbQQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) should be replaced by a visible point there.
4.   I know UniDrv is wrong, but I am unsure if CookRd or UniDr_S is correct here.  GSV seems to indicate CookRd (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.0958974,-79.5211449,3a,75y,132.41h,86.53t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sA8B0AhEwPfIEMXDGMCU76w!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo2.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3DA8B0AhEwPfIEMXDGMCU76w%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D328.65442%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656).
5.    PieAve should be PieAve_N.

NC 87:

1.    NC100_S should be NC100_E (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.0836645,-79.4255366,3a,75y,217.07h,91.25t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sVaF2nQHeMVfZiMJQGf0CUA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192). Recommend instead US70 and US70/62.
That way, we can use AltLabels and avoid breaking .lists.

That makes sense.  I would recommend changing the US70 label on NC 87 to US70/62 then as well.

changes made and in the queue
