Title: NC: NC-74 extension (to US-311)

Just two miles, from US 158 to US 311. It will remain NC 74, until several more segments of the W-S northern beltway are completed at which point the beltway will be added to I-74.

Well I had NC 74 clinched for slightly longer than a month...

The real question at this point is how long I will just have the part between US 158 (Exit 50) and US 421/NC 150 (Exit 53).

Opening as well tomorrow (along side new I-840 part).

Will extend NC-74 north from US-158 to US-311.
