Title: UT US89 missing point

US89 in Utah is missing the point that corresponds to (40.54433,-111.891203) US89 on UT175.  This point would be between UT71_E and UT151.

Just trying to fix some things that have gone unnoticed for a while. And BTW, is the maintainer of Utah, NickCPDX, still active? It seems like he hasn't made any edits or been on here for awhile.
