Title: NC: US-29 issues

new -> 22ndSt -- (between LaneSt & RydAve) Seems to be the main cross road over to Main Street in North Kannapolis, as it's the only one for a good distance that has a RxR on it.
16thSt -> badly needs recentered onto 16th Street's overpass.
ReeForkPkwy -> needs recentered.  However, it seems they are reconfiguring that interchange and moving the bridge to the south (https://goo.gl/maps/zcXCnwMTFtGRDqEn8) of the current ramps.

I guess you do not realize how many RIROs there are on US 29 in Greensboro until you debate if there should be more points, but I would not recommend requiring any of these.
