Title: VA: US 501 at VA 130 EB

I remembered that there was a bridge replacement here, and the points need to be recentered onto the new intersection.  (with closed points where US 501 changes its alignment)

(Also I would make CleoCt on US 501 a hidden shaping point.)

When did the bridge replacementUS 501 realignment happen? Just trying to figure out whether this happened after I was last down there (within the past few years, possibly in 2019), and whether I need to adjust my list file accordingly.

I already knew that I had to readjust mine as I had clinched this section in 2012.  It makes me want to go to an event people from church are going to in Lynchburg in March just to reclinch this, but I know better than to go just for roads.
