VA: VA 252 Northern Endpoint
« on: November 20, 2020, 10:45:54 am »
When I went to clinch VA 252 last Friday, I had a tough time determining its true northern end.  I am basically just posting this for mapmikey to check and see if we have it right in the HB.

The endpoint in the Browser is wrong. The route should be north on Lewis and then concurrent with VA 254 to US 11/250. The route on Lewis and VA 254 is not signed. There is a city made "Route 252 Ends Here" cutout at the corner of Lewis and Middlebrook.

I have changed VA 252s routing to match this, which is the correct VA 252 routing...

can't believe that I-252 shield is still up after about 20 years...

This would mean that I technically did not clinch the route, but I can say that clinching VA 254 would thankfully take care of this issue.
