Points for NV305 and NV806 have different coords on NV304 versus on the business loop.

I'm on the road, but will try to get to this in the next few days during the next break in my travels. I need to add NV 173, anyway.

This is probably not the only broken concurrence in NV, which has lots of other NMPs.

Fix (belatedly) made in my local files, will be pulled in once I assemble other usanv changes in Las Vegas.
