teresco.org mail server switch

Processing of email to the teresco.org domain, including the list file submission address, travmap@teresco.org, has been switched from a standalone server to servers run by Gandi, the domain's DNS provider.  This should improve reliability, but there could be glitches until name servers find the domain's new MX records and begin to send to the Gandi servers.

Jim:
I made some further changes today that I hope will finally resolve the longstanding problem of forum-generated emails being rejected by most mail servers.  This means you should be able to get notifications for PMs sent to you, of posts in topics for which you've requested notification, and it should make it easier for new users to register.

Let me know if these things seem to work for you (or not).
