Title: AL US 31: Missing Point at AL 55 N near Georgiana

On US 31 near Georgiana AL, there is a point missing at the north end of the US 31/AL 55 concurrency heading north into Georgiana. The south end of the US 31/AL 55 concurrency is labeled as just AL_55 and would need to be relabeled.  Judging from GMSV, the AL 55 bypass to the west of Georgiana was under construction in 2011 and was opened before 2016.

The US 31 list was created well before construction had even begun on the bypass, and I just didn't catch that ALDOT had gone ahead and built a bypass.  Correction submitted and pull request created.
