NC: I-795 & US264

This is odd. I-795 uses ##(264) exits, and US264 uses ##(795) exits. Both appear to date back to CHM.
OSM & GMSV both agree with the ##(264) numbers in nc.i795.wpt.

given the recent I-587 approval I will wait to see if the 795 exit numbers are changed to 587's

It sounds like this will be the case, and US 264 will even be relocated onto US 264 ALT.  This should definitely be put On Hold for now.

More of a note than anything else, but I am planning to clinch the current version of US 264 on the way to the Outer Banks on April 30th.
