This will only be a slight point relocation so I would not recommend considering it as a declinch.

I think that I need to field check this to clarify that both roads are in their final alignment.

Field check in the early morning hours on Sunday showed that I am good to push this forward, and I purposely avoided Downtown State College because well Penn State fans were probably still celebrating their home win over Minnesota.
