Title: NJ: I-295 at split with NJTP/US 40

I am unsure that the 1C point is necessary based on one point per interchange.  I think moving 2A to the left slightly would do more than enough here.

A borderline case.
If someday the 500 series routes were ever added, then a graph connection would be useful here.
