Title: MD: MD 67 Point Concerns

1.  Gapland Rd (GapRd) (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.3997989,-77.6556149,3a,75y,93.19h,85.38t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sZBDKoS8BQY3sR5zUM17wMQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) would be a decent replacement for the nearby shaping point if possible.
2.  US 40 ALT (Hagerstown) needs to be synced with the northern end of MD 67.
