ParkRd is shown on OSM, ESRI & Google as EastRivRd, which matches the route name in the usanp system.
Blurry old GMSV (https://www.google.com/maps/@46.9146352,-103.5279327,3a,19.5y,255.27h,90.41t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sVRHAFqnFvhnddtYjxGaa6A!2e0!7i3328!8i1664) looks legit.
