Title: NB: NB101 odd update & message

In the highway updates list, NB101 is listed as being "Extended at south end from Eagle Rock Road to NB 101."  The point is listed as being NB101.  I would guess that the NB101 point is supposed to be NB7 instead and that should be the route listed as being extended to, since the route doesn't loop to itself there.
