Title: TX: TX170 Alliance Connector Project

I am unsure how much the Alliance Connector Project (https://www.alliancetexas.com/alliance-connector-project) will do beyond the addition of more points along TX 170 (https://www.alliancetexas.com/Portals/0/SH170_Fact%20Sheet_121619.pdf).

I just found out about this on the AARoads Forum (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=1270.msg2586174#msg2586174).

Going ahead & making the changes now, since everything already exists as either an at-grade junction or glorified U-turn movement.
ParLn (https://www.google.com/maps/@32.9986428,-97.2139831,3a,16.8y,263.66h,91.13t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sgLPJDAdB0MVi6AI9qt3tTg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) is a bit more glorified than the others.
