Just to clarify, does NMP mean "non-matching point?" I've seen this term used on this forum but it's never been defined.

From what Jim and froggie had stated in the NY 17 thread, I thought it was ultimately going to be left as-is despite how it is posted.

As I've taken on maintenance for NY, I kind of feel a little responsibility for checking out the Hillburn issue. Things are a bit wibbly-wobbly up there, as I recall. I started GMSVing around and looked it over a bit, but not completely, then got sidetracked by other tasks. And by now, I forget what if anything I came up with. I just want to be sure I reach the same conclusions before marking the thread as solved, clean up anything that may need it, and address the NMP there if it actually is necessary. I may just mark it off as an item where I determined no changes needed to be made.
