SC: SC161Bus York unsigned

Went through York, SC and travelled all the routes in the city, and noticed that SC161 Bus specifically is unsigned or decommissioned. Checked GMSV, and where SC161 approaches SC5, it looks like signage was taken down between 2019 and 2023. Which is fine, since the route is covered by many other routes and sign clutter is reduced.
