REU: Reunion new coast road open

Following on from non-EU Europe building a roundabout under the Atlantic, non-Europe EU is meant to have opened a motorway over the Indian Ocean.

The 6-lane viaduct was supposedly opened in a temporary 4-lane setup early this morning (news article). Watch the first bit of latest Grand Tour special to see the road as it was a couple of months ago - they do quite a good bit on the project.

Has anything been changed meanwhile? OSM does not indicate it opened. If not, we might move it to the "outlook" board....
