These two situations are together to me as, in my opinion, they represent the same thing:
1. PA 10/PA 23 at I-176 Connector(Exit 2 off I-176), should this be listed as I-176(2) or I-176Con instead of Morgantown Expressway(MorExpy)? Looking at the PA 10 file, it looks like all of the I-176 interchanges have separate numbers except this one.
2. PA 26 at Bud Shuster Bypass (BudShuByp)-As stated above, should this be US30Con instead as it is just a connector to the US 30 Bypass of Everett? (also minor off-centered points at US 30 Bus in Everett, I really do not want to feel like I am nitpicking here)

OSM & Google both show the I-176 mainline as Morgantown Expressway, and not this connector. Based on that, I'd agree that this should be labeled I-176(2) in the PA10 file, and I-176 in PA23. Kinda reminds me of ME US1 I-295(28).

I don't believe it's signed as a US30Con route (that'd go in the HB) here; Bud Shuster Bypass seems to be the proper roadway name. I think this one should stay as is.

I've made changes to PA10 & PA23.
