A new interchange is being constructed between I-95 and Matanzas Woods Parkway in Flagler County.
Expected Completion is March 2016.
The new interchange is located between mile markers 292 and 293.
I went by about a week ago. The ramps don't look like they have been paved yet. No signage yet. I will drive by again this weekend.

Thanks for the heads up, let me know if you hear when it opens and I'll add it into I-95's file. ;)

Not much has changed since when I initially went by. Some light poles were installed and there were some parts for overhead sign gantries off the right shoulder.
A press release has set a ribbon cutting event for March 28th. http://www.matanzas95interchange.com/img/Index_145_3288532920.pdf

Should be opening tomorrow (so moving it to the other section). I've sent their Twitter account a question about the exit #. We'll see if I get a response.

Looks like it's #293, not #292.
