Title: TX99 Grand Parkway Segment G

Bike Ride Celebrates the Opening of Newest Segment of Grand Parkway (http://txdot.gov/inside-txdot/media-center/local-news/houston/007-2016.html)

"Segment G is anticipated to open to traffic in late March 2016."
Apparently it's not late enough in March yet; I haven't found any news about it actually opening.

I used this PDF (http://www.grandpky.com/downloads/WEB_G_Overall_lowres.pdf) to find interchange locations.

The following edits have been committed to my Texas branch (https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/compare/master...yakra:TXPeerRev2) on GitHub:
TX99: extended NE, I-45 -> I-69
HarTollRd: TX99 point added
I-69 & US59: TX99 -> TX99_S; ComDr -> TX99_N & repositioned
Once I get word of the extension opening, I'll submit a pull request.
