Title: PA:US 209 Incorrect Point Label in Lehighton

The point at PA902_E in Lehighton (for North St and South St) is incorrectly named as PA 902 turns south at 9th St to the west to end at PA 443 (see GSV link below)

The PA 902 file shows it going south to end at PA 443 as well.  This also means the point on US 209 at PA902_W in Lansford should be renamed to just PA902.

Since the existing PA902_E point splits the difference between North St & South St and lands on Main Ln, I used MainLn for the point label.
