Title: ND/MN: ND66 & MN11

The bridge at the state line was replaced between 2010 & 2012 per http://historicaerials.com/ .
Using the following coords for ND66:
ND/MN http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=48.572430&lon=-97.147926

I marked it as a 109ft shift to the south.  Didn't really think it was worth it, but if you really want to move the point, go ahead.

The routes had an NMP at the state line. As I was looking at moving the ND/MN point anyway, I figured why not just center it on the new alignment.
The downside is, this creates work for you.  :-\
