Title: ID: Label error fpr I-90BL (Post Falls)

Waypoint label I-90_E mysteriously changed to I-90_E7, without keeping label-in-use (by me, at least) I-90_E as an alternate label.

My guess is that it's a stray extra character that snuck in. Si, am I correct that this was unintentional?

I've put in a pull request to make the fix (which I should've done this morning), assuming the recent upgrade of my GitHub desktop client went through smoothly.
