Title: MO: US40 Suggested new WPs

Kansas City/Independence:
* I-435(63A): There is a SB Off-ramp to US-40 that would be used often to get to the Arrowhead Sports Complex.
* Stadium Dr: This might be a good WP to open for use.  It's the next street toward Blue Ridge Cutoff from I-435.

Useful for the Chiefs and Royals fans logging their routes  ;)
