A3 from Salerno to Reggio Calabria, plus a stretch of RA2 from Fisciano to Salerno, has been rededicated to A2.
A3 will remain from Naples to Salerno, at the junction with A2.
A2 will be officially called "Autostrada del Mediterraneo"

I'll get on this when I get access to my study (and the PC with my local copy of the files) back on Wednesday.
And a note to remind me of the other openings in Europe I've not yet done:
BLR M14
POL S7, S8Zam, DK74
ESP BU30
LTU Vilnius Western Bypass
FRA N7
NOR Rv4, E6 Alta
ENG A197

What's about ROU DNVO1K (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showpost.php?p=137304397&postcount=9273) Brasov bypass?
edit: HUN F813 (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showpost.php?p=137343409&postcount=7671) and POL DK74 (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showpost.php?p=137343147&postcount=16100) ;)

@Si: Thanks for your epic job :)
I think all relevant changes should be in with the next site update: https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/1036.
However, I think the original change reported (Italian A2/A3) is not yet done. I guess it's because signs have not yet been changed?

Yes, that's exactly it.
