Title: PA 39: Point Recentering east of Linglestown but west of I-81

The PA 39 (http://tm.teresco.org/hb/?u=markkos1992&r=pa.pa039) point at Piketown Rd (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.352208,-76.7629511,3a,73.7y,261.62h,83.51t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sqme4xzzL31pB56lI_cmJxA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) needs to be recentered to that actual intersection.

Whoa cool. The road used to intersect there, but got realigned at around the construction of the high school. One simple 4-way intersection, and one less bridge over Beaver Creek.
This is a minor point, probably just included for shaping purposes, and is not in use. So I've just moved it to the new location, without worrying about keeping or renaming the existing point.
