I didn't see A216 in the highway browser. Should it be added to the system? (I'm not that familiar with French roads.)

It's unsigned, so no. It, and the N216 are in the browser as Rocade Est du Calais (http://tm.teresco.org/hb/index.php?u=si404&r=fra.rocest).
