Title: France: N20/E9 Déviation d'Ax-les-Thermes

The bypass was opened in December 2016: http://routes.wikia.com/wiki/Route_nationale_fran%C3%A7aise_20#D.C3.A9viation_de_Perles-et-Castelet_et_d.27Ax-les-Thermes.

I drove there today, the bypass is signed N20/E9 and the old route is signed N2020 from Savignac-les-Ormeaux interchange. OSM indicates it N20 which is incorrect.
