Title: NE: US 136 point request

Bridge replacement at Fairbury thwarted my clinch of US 136 in Nebraska. I had to take NE 15/8 around, and come back to 136 at 564th Avenue. I would like a point there, please.

Looks like a sensible enough connection to NE8. 564Ave added.
