Title: WY: US 287 Bus Rawlins

The update that changed the route name from Bus back to Byp kept the Byp former name so that the following is in the logs "replacing deprecated route name US287BypRaw with canonical name US287BypRaw", which is quite confusing.

Not familiar with the history of changes here, but check out line 991 of usausb.csv:

usausb;WY;US287;Byp;Raw;Rawlins, WY;wy.us287bypraw;US287BypRawSo, US287BypRaw is an AltRouteName for itself...  :o

Fixed it locally last night, and should be fully integrated within the next 24h.
