Title: WA125Spur Walla Walla addition

Found this while doing my own personal mapping project: There exists a WA125Spur, using Pine St and a sliver of Myra Rd so US12 can access WA125. While it uses mostly "TO US12" and "TO WA125" signs, it does have one sign (https://goo.gl/maps/eibxR3KLQDG2) designating it as its own route. Add, yes?
