More stuff I've been looking at...
It looks like both UT90 and UT93 should both be included. UT90 in Brigham City definitely; it has the requisite signage both EB (https://goo.gl/maps/vVRFjKXNeu62) and WB (https://goo.gl/maps/mVBUjHpf3cC2), as well as approach signage on US89 and UT13. As for UT93, it's a little less definitive, but I argue there's so much easy-to-follow signage from the I-15 exit endpoint (https://goo.gl/maps/yScZtji28vP2) and the US89 endpoint (https://goo.gl/maps/H1Nfh44E8aT2) that inclusion seems justified.
Also, the northern endpoint for UT66 should probably be extended. UT66's current endpoint is at its intersection with I-84, but both signage (1) (https://goo.gl/maps/T1E7U8ZehAS2) (2) (https://goo.gl/maps/4MHiio7HRdQ2) and UDOT (https://www.udot.utah.gov/main/uconowner.gf?n=6982709117202450) suggest that UT66 passes that junction with I-84, turns east down N 600 E St, and then turns and ends at a second junction with I-84. I realize both junctions are kinda part of the same exit (103), but cutting out nearly 3/4 of a mile seems like a lot.
