The point for Bamberger Rd (BamRd) seems to be better off as an unlabeled shaping point just because Bamberger Rd (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.1506364,-76.8220276,3a,75y,53.74h,90.04t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1s0rE_cFwH-kdnHQqSJ_fWBA!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo3.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3D0rE_cFwH-kdnHQqSJ_fWBA%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D0.37112084%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656) dead ends on the west side of I-83 (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.1517027,-76.8198322,3a,75y,184.19h,86.6t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1scHg6Nfg4XN_naUOPVO_ToA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) and cannot be used as a shortcut for PA 392 itself.

The stats tell me that no one is using it, and I doubt anyone ever would.

BamRd is not in use (http://tm.teresco.org/logs/pointsinuse.log). If it were simply deleted, the route trace would still be within tolerance. Looking at mapview and the HDX, deleting it would not be visually confusing.
