Saw this 2.5 mile connector also missing. I'll provide coords some time later.

Checked it out due to curiosity. Most of the freeway part of the Bradley connector (from I-91) is part of CT 20. Only about 0.65 mile of freeway isn't already in the HB. I think we would exclude the non-freeway airport service roads taking traffic from the freeway to the terminals.
Similarly, for the TF Green connector in RI (which I drove just a few days ago), probably only from I-95 to US 1.
Not necessarily reasons to not add either to the system, but the mileage involved might be less than you think.

From what I recall, I've seen shorter highways in the HB.

Usually, those really short routes are spur routes, and often they are signed, so there is a reason to have them in the HB.

Google actually labels it as SSR 401. Though it isn't signed.

In CT, all state routes above 372 are unsigned. That's why they're not in the HB, except the ones qualifying for the Select Named Freeways set (which is how we included the short stub of the Connecticut Turnpike that isn't part of an Interstate). That's why I noted above the length of the part of SSR 401 that's a freeway, rather than just an airport service road.

Well, that makes sense, I'll remove the other coords for now.

I feel the difference between the last two isn't much, should I merge them into one way-point?

Is this dead?
-
@yakra, what do you think about this?
-
Not in favor.

Yeah, I'd agree that this is too short to be added and most of the freeway is already in the HB as CT 20.
