Title: TX: US59/TXLp541 connection
Post by: 25or6to4 on June 10, 2017, 04:59:21 am
In Kendleton, there is a connection between US59 and TX Loop 541 on the west side of town.  But, having just recently driven the stretch, the highways do not actually connect on that side of town.  The end of TXLp541 instead crosses the tracks back to the north to a mobile home park.

As such, I think the turnaround, what with its spiffy lil fog line, and entering traffic having to stop (and yield to U-turning traffic, apparently), would be the best place to put the...

US59 can just have its southern waypoint marked as closed.
